Modular plastic formwork for the construction of concrete walls, foundations, and columns
Geopanel is a lightweight, modular formwork made from recycled plastic, designed for fast and efficient construction of walls, foundations, beams, and columns. It was introduced in 2005, marking the beginning of a new era in sustainably profitable construction by lowering waste and reducing labor, equipment, and material use.

With dedicated locking handles and a maximum weight of 11 kg per panel, Geopanel enables easy manual handling without cranes and allows quicker, safer installation on any worksite.

Featuring a panel height of 60 cm, a standard full panel width of 120 cm, and smaller panels of 20, 25, 30, 40, and 60 cm, Geopanel can form any structural element and be used in projects ranging from small residential buildings to large commercial or industrial developments, large developments, as well as for reconstructions and for work in hard-to-reach or remote locations.

Geopanel is reusable over 100 times - its smooth recycled plastic surface prevents concrete adhesion and requires minimal maintenance between pours, with easy cleaning using only water and no release agents.
Geopanel’s wide range of panel sizes allows flexible assembly for walls, foundations, beams, and columns. Its modular design adapts to any layout, making it ideal for both small and large construction projects.
PATENTED NYLON HANDLES FOR PANEL LOCKING
The integrated locking handles ensure fast and secure connections between panels, reducing assembly time and improving on-site safety.
EASY DISMANTLING AND QUICK CLEANING WITH WATER
The non-stick recycled plastic surface prevents concrete adhesion, allowing effortless stripping and simple cleaning using only water, without detergents or release agents.
HIGH RESISTANCE AND LONG-TERM REUSE
Geopanel delivers high structural resistance of 60 kn/m2 and can be reused over 100 times, offering long-term durability and significant savings compared to traditional formwork.
LIGHTWEIGHT FOR CRANE-FREE HANDLING
With panels weighing up to only 11 kg, Geopanel can be transported, lifted, and installed manually, eliminating crane needs and improving productivity on congested or remote sites.
REDUCES LOGISTICS, STORAGE, AND TRANSPORT COSTS
The lightweight and compact panels are easy to store and transport, minimizing delivery costs and simplifying material handling on-site.
SUITABLE FOR HARD-TO-REACH INFRASTRUCTURE RECONSTRUCTION
Geopanel is the ideal solution for rebuilding infrastructure in locations where cranes and heavy equipment cannot operate, such as tunnels, historic centers, basements, and elevated structures.
SUSTAINABLE
Made from recycled plastic and reusable for over 100 cycles, Geopanel reduces waste generation, lowers environmental impact, and maximizes project sustainability.
The product’s wide range makes it easy to produce structures of any size and shape. It allows the production of walls of any thickness and height. The wall panels are made of ABS plastic that is very light and easy to handle on the worksite.
The formwork can also be used to build roof slab systems, stairwells, and elevator shafts. The panel’s weight is only 11 kg, the installation and dismantling are very fast. The operations can be repeated quickly on various floors of the building. The formwork’s manageable size is ideal for use inside of buildings or in areas that may be inaccessible to lifting devices.
Its main advantages are:
LIGHTNESS: it can be handled without cranes or other mechanical lifting devices
REUSABLE: the formwork panels are cost-effective as they can be reused for more than 100 times when properly used and maintained
STACKABLE: the forming system can be safely and conveniently stored even in damp places
