Geosky is a modular and reusable formwork system made of recycled ABS plastic, designed for the construction of slabs with flat soffits, ensuring a safe working platform for operators throughout all construction phases. Lightweight, strong, and characterized by a minimal number of components, Geosky allows the formwork of both solid and lightweight slabs, easily adapting to residential construction as well as industrial and infrastructure projects.
The modularity of the system simplifies assembly operations and significantly reduces installation time, enabling early striking. Panels can be easily reused in other casting areas without waiting for full concrete curing. The high-durability ABS guarantees more than 100 reuse cycles and, thanks to its closed-pore surface, eliminates the need for release agents.
The reduced number of props ensures a more open working environment and facilitates the movement of materials beneath the formwork. ABS plastic that forms the forwork is extremely resistant, therefore all Geoplast formwork systems can be reuse more than 100 times.
As the GEOPANEL system is characterized by an high lightness and modularity is ideal for the creation of walls and staircases, places that the crane can't easily reach. It can be also used for restoration operations, where the steel panels are uncomfortable and the woodem formwork has a limited in time use. GEOPANEL formwork, on the other hand, offers lightness and duration.
