GEOTUB® Panel is a modular formwork in ABS plastic material, resistant to UV rays and chemical agents. The forms are very light and can be handled manually and installed by a single person. The product can be re-used for +100 times.

The internal smoothness of the formwork and the quality of the material guarantee a pleasant look and allow an easy installation and dismantling without any releasing agent. After the pour, remove any external deposit of concrete and clean the product with water.  The single forming elements are quickly and easily joined using the standard high-strength nylon fastening handles.

 

For a quick and correct installation of Geotub formwork, please follow these steps:

 

All fixing handles must be fastened to ensure the required strength of the formwork. The rotation direction of the handles does not affect their strength.

REUSE

GEOTUB® Panel is cost effective as it can be reused for 100 times. Concrete does not stick to plastic,thus dismantling is extremely easy, and the form can be cleaned with just a little water, avoiding other detergents.  

 

INSTALLATION AND DISMANTLING

The Setting-up and the formwork stripping after the pouring stage are easy and fast operations, thanks to the special high-strength nylon handles that lock the elements with a simple 90 degree turn.    

MODULARITY

  GEOTUB® Panel is a modular element with a height of 60 cm: it does not need to be cut as only the amount of elements required for the pour are used.    

STORAGE

  GEOTUB® Panel can be completely dismantled and stored even in damp places.    

ON-SITE HANDLING

  Thanks to their small size and weight, the elements can be easily handled in the worksite, and can be easily assembled where required.
