Myth #1: Sustainable construction is more expensive
This one is the most widespread one of all. In actual fact, sustainable solutions can improve logistics, building speed, and reduce the use of materials, making the construction process more profitable. Energy efficiency and stormwater management also lower future expenses, increasing resale value.

Myth #2: Sustainable products are unavailable

Myth #3: Sustainable products are not suitable for every project

Myth #7: Rating systems are difficult to achieve
Not at all. Joining the LEED rating system is easy. Each sustainable product carries a specific number of points for addressing environmental issues. You collect the points to be awarded a specific level of certification: Certified (40-49 points), Silver (50-59), Gold (60-79, or Platinum (80+).

Myth #8: It is a passing trend
